Shot Heard Round The World
These rules cover small unit actions in the American Revolutionary War. During each turn, leaders and units first complete all of their Actions, and then perform fire attacks; the order is determined both by drawing of cards and decisions by each side's commanding player. Leaders are key to play - each unit and battery has a leader, who can lead from the side, rear, or the front. Units have morale ratings, and leaders have command ratings.
