Seems like the easiest army to prepare, because it can be built entirely from toy bugs! 
And it's also an easy army to play, as (like the Mechanoids) it doesn't require commanders.
So here's my plan:
- Ten stands of insect warriors (two more than the base requirement) = 50 points
- Two stands of acid-spitting bugs = 10 points
- Three stands of armored fighting beetles = 18 points
- Three stands of flying bugs = 24 points
That will take me to a total army value of 102 points.
