The topic and scale (28mm) were chosen because the Editor recently came into possession of a goodly number of 28mm Sudanese figures. It seemed like a good idea to put them to work!
Our initial scenario has been chosen from the selection in The Sword and the Flame Scenario Portfolio 2000 - specifically scenario #21 The Zareba, which features a Dervish night attack on an encamped Anglo-Egyptian scouting force.
