Our next historical Project will take us to 19th Century Africa, and the conflict between the natives (Dervishes and Fuzzy-Wuzzies) and the Empire (Egyptian and British).
The topic and scale (28mm) were chosen because the Editor recently came into possession of a goodly number of 28mm Sudanese figures. It seemed like a good idea to put them to work!
Our initial scenario has been chosen from the selection in The Sword and the Flame Scenario Portfolio 2000 - specifically scenario #21 The Zareba, which features a Dervish night attack on an encamped Anglo-Egyptian scouting force.
