Back in 1989 I was at the unofficial re-opening of the Imperial War Museum and General Halkett was the key-note speaker. The actual official reopening was done by the Queen in June or July that year and unfortunately I never wangled an invite to that.

The first one you can't do. IIRC, by 1985, when the first M1's were being in Germany in numbers, there were no M551 Sheridan's left in Germany. You could probably substitute M901's for them.
