Bruce & Ian of Mongoose Publishing

As many TMP readers know, Mongoose holds the gaming rights to Robert A. Heinlein's Starship Troopers universe. Their range is based not only on the novel, but also the animated series (which is considered "canonical" as well). The figures for this game of man vs. alien will be plastic, but they are currently offering pewter figures both online and at conventions. However, in addition to their tactical combat game, they will soon be rolling out a D20 role-playing game as well.

Bruce holds a Arachnid Warrior Bug from Starship Troopers

In addition to Starship Troopers, Mongoose also has the license to Babylon 5, Lone Wolf and the resurrected Paranoia RPG, now known as Paranoia XP. This last title brings back both the original creator and the original artist from the West End Games production.
