I found this in the craft aisle at Dollar Tree. The 'stickers' are 3-dimensional and half-spherical, and come in a variety of colors.
When you get past the packaging, what you find is a clear sheet of stickers – 216 of them. Lines of clear adhesive bind the stickers to the sheet. The stickers pull off one line at a time, unless you cut the adhesive strip first.
