Brent now shows how he creates the final resin parts. The resin starts as two liquids, which must be measured, poured together, stirred, and then added to the mold. Here, Brent pours one part of the two-part polyurethane resin into a measuring beaker.

"The respirator is a precaution against exposure to isocyanates found in polyurethane resin," says Brent. "Good ventilation is even more important."

Both beakers are then poured into a cup.
