![]() In my humble opinion, the award for most flexible gamemaster would have to go to Peter Bauer. He had the misfortune of having the worst location at the convention - not a room, but a poorly-lit alcove off a long hallway, halfway between the two major convention areas. He ran two games in a row - the first, using Starguard rules, pitted men against Nautiloids! Then as I watched, Peter took the same terrain, rearranged it slightly, and was off running a historical WWII fight! His simple terrain set, perfect for travelling, consisted of a burlap ground sheet, with flexible brown "rubbery foam" (like that used for place mats) to indicate elevations.
