I will have a Mid War Dogfight (European theme) in the second Session (afternoon), and a Late war Bomber run (signature scenario) with B-17s and B-24's, in the 3rd session (night). Maybe if there is time, I can run more than one game per session, getting in more planes. To date I think I have enough planes/stands to put out about 35-40 stands. (Clouds too!) Comments or corrections?
I thought this game captured some of the beauty of flight, with the ocean mat below and the fluffy white clouds above.
I snapped these pictures when I was at Bayou Wars a few years ago.
Now this later event appears to feature the same planes, with a desert mat - I'm sure just as fun to play, but less pleasing to the eye...
