The scenario pitted a group of adventurers (led by Sherlock Holmes) against his arch-nemesis Professor Moriarty, who had kidnapped Queen Victoria.

Moriarty - and the imprisoned Queen Victoria - awaits the heroes' arrival in a ruined temple

A shadowy figure known as Von Lostanarm was also involved, as were a small force of Belgians, a tribe of pygmies, a steamship, and a pair of Arab dhows.

What role will this German zeppelin play?

Also on hand, but not in action at the time I saw it, were a zeppelin, a British land dreadnought and some other mechanical constructs.
