Round 2

The Japanese roll 6+2 on the initiative throw and the Allies roll 6, without a bonus. The Japanese defer and let the Allies move first.

The Sherman moves into the high ground, and the Stuart moves into the city. The infantry screen moves on the left flank towards the entrenched Japanese infantry. The Type 95 tank moves into the city, and the Japanese infantry advance.

In the assault phase, two AT guns fire at the M3. The first shot scores two hits and the second gun destroys the vehicle. The third gun fires on the Sherman and misses. The knee-mortar fires at a rifleman and disrupts him. A Japanese MG squad fires on a Vickers team to pin it down. The Type 95 fires on the Sherman and misses.

The Stuart uses its special ability to fire at both AT guns and hits both. One gun is destroyed and the other is disrupted. The Sherman returns fire on the Type 95 and destroys it with one shot. One Vickers team fires at the two imperial sergeants, killing one and disrupting the other. The other Vickers squad fires on the Japanese MG in the city and misses both shots. The riflemen fire on the MG and remaining sergeant, killing the sergeant and disrupting the MG.
