Meanwhile, over at DLD Productions' table, something was afoot. David had his usual collection of innovative science-fiction ground, air and space vehicles, but he was letting his wife (Lisa) and Julie handle all the business transactions and customer interaction...

...as he was hunched over rulebooks preparing for his Stargrunt demo in the miniature gaming room.

So yes, I can report that I have seen the rare occurrence of David stepping out from behind his booth. I will leave it to him to deliver the battle report or not, but the game (featuring his products) looked interesting, and the two players that I watched were definitely intent on wreaking destruction upon their opponent's forces.

DLD's products aren't designed for any specific ruleset, and the 28mm ground vehicles make good supplements or substitutes for GW's Warhammer 40K range (in addition to being very playable using Stargrunt).

The starship range is likewise usable with many rulesets, including Full Thrust.
