Is This Useful? Sponge Dabbers

Sweet.

I was looking for the next installment.

Just the 2 so far?

Hmm…

You could cut designs into them to stamp on figures, terrain. Like a skull for example.

For stamping shield boss designs.

*Again measurements would help* Just looked again I see the grid now thanks, cm?

Add glue and sand to foam base and attach baseless pine trees or other foliage to the bare tops for trees. Or just trim foam to look like foliage and glue upside down.

Roll it on its edge for painting lines on things.

Again sand/flock the bases and add gubbins from bits box for:

Shield fences, rail fences, antennas, totem poles, dungion pillars, skeleton hangers, defence turrets.

Again, glue and sand/flock foam for flight stands.

Glue on tooth pick ends for sci fi cacti.

Paint as wound markers that won't damage beses.

Paint as objective markers.

Press foam onto figure when painting/spraying to avoide painting areas you want left as is.

Hold 2 handles on wire attached to a decent base, or in 2 opposing holes in edge of a cup or pipe, what have you. Keep a figure squeezed between the foam ends for painting, spraying, what have you.

Ear plugs for shouty opponents.

Or for nose bleeds.

Dabbing up spilt paint.

Dry brushing tool.

Dusting moulds with talc.

Name card holders on tables, painting comps.

Glue a few to a board by foam and paint grey with coloured stick tops. Then you can place it in front of you and pretend your actually piloting your mech, jet, tank, goblin.

I spotted this Crafter's Square product at Dollar Tree, and I wondered: "Is this useful?"

Sponge Dabbers

This is a pack of Sponge Dabbers, there are three in the pack, in three different sizes:

Three sponges on wooden handles.

I would guess that these might be useful when painting large terrain items or mats, but does anyone have experience using them?
