I had a very pleasant visit with the proprietor of Tactical Conflict Systems (the other major exhibitor at TriCon '96), who turns out to be a gamer of wide experience. Shown above is a display of pre-painted terrain items (they are also available unpainted). TCS claims to "...make more items than any other manufacturer in the world."
