The 62-page book includes 17 pages of new or modified rules, covering coastal fortifications, amphibious operations, harbor channels, massive rocket attacks, and interdiction fire. There are 15 pages of new Data Annexes, and 7 scenarios (German fleet vs. Norwegian coastal fortress, hypothetical German amphibious assault vs. England, three English Channel actions, invasion of Tarawa, and the raid on St. Nazaire).
