To be prepared for any eventuality, Brian also keeps "bit boxes" in the garage, loaded with individual figures. When a customer calls to complain that his pack was incomplete, Brian can often find the missing part in his storage - much better than waiting for the missing figure to be shipped from the factory in the UK.
