I received a tip that miniature trees were available at Hobby Lobby (a popular arts-and-crafts chain in the U.S.) for the Christmas season, and I found…

Mini Trees

This pack is from the Christmas Crafts line, and the pack is called Mini Trees. Made by Brother Sister Design Studio in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.

Mini Trees

There are eight pieces per pack, and the pack costs $3.99 USD, which works out to $0.50 USD each. However, they are currently on sale at 50% off.

Mini Trees
Warning! These trees have fine green glitter on them. There is loose glitter in the plastic bag. When you separate the trees, you will get more loose glitter. So be prepared, because glitter gets everywhere!
Mini Trees

Above, you can see a 28mm fantasy figure with the mini trees. The trees are listed as 2" tall, which is the measurement from the bottom of the wooden bases.

And here is a comparison shot, showing the mini trees with the dollar store trees. The mini trees only come in one color.

Note that if you order from their website, the product name is Mini Glitter Trees. Other styles of mini trees are available on their website, some very similar to the dollar store trees, but were not available in-store when I visited.
