We have used a few rule sets and settled on Hail Caesar, which works fine for us

I'm a HYW devotee. I like Lord of the Sea for naval, and Lion Rampant for small actions (and there are lots of those,) but for big battles there's a big hole.

KSmyth, have ou looked at "To the Strongest"? I'd recommend them.
