The offer comes too late :) If I was younger and fitter there are a few times I'd be seriously tempted to go back to (none of the offered choices, though) but in my current state I would not be able to do anything much and even my survival would be questionable.

Actually, I take that back. I'd go back to just before the recent super lottery jackpot and take the winning number with me :)

I said the US in 1980, in the hope that I wouldn't make the same mistakes I made while living in the US in 1980.

Too many good people in my life to think that another time would be better.
So, none.

Another +1 for Scott!

I thought there would be choices aligning with historical events like 1815 or 1415, etc. I used to think about this until I came to a point where I need modern medical science, so going back is a no go for me. Well ok the lottery ticket idea is a good one.

+1 for Scott. But only play for a partial win. Plenty to live on and no publicity.

1980s for the music.

1975 so I could relive what I missed and redo what mistakes I have made

I see no reason to change my original answer. I'd go back to 1967 and repeat my life through 1977 and then go back to the 1980's.

England at the turn of the last century

With what I know, I could make a fortune in innovation and hopefully prevent WW1!

Since Woodstock wasn't on the list I'd choose late 4th century AD somewhere near Adrianopolis. Those Goths are in for a surprise….
