I'm guessing this would be something that had to be manually done by hand, which would severely increase Bill's workload when the next US election comes around and people flip their lids. |

Uh, if they are DH'd, then they are being punished. Why should they get something for free, even for a short time, that the rest of us pay for? Not sure I get the logic… |
