If it goes to multiple tie-breaker rounds, as far as I'm concerned, it's a tie. Not as though either of them gets a cash award for winning.

What if Lee had been killed at Gettysburg? "They couldn't hit an elephant at this dist….." Who was senior enough to take over the ANV?

This is a ridiculous situation. While not perfect, Lee was certainly the best army commander for the Confederacy. Longstreet was a very good corps commander but failed in both of his independent opportunities, Suffolk and Knoxville.

The tension mounts as the end of voting draws near -- and only one vote currently separates these two candidates! If there's another tie, do we go into triple-overtime? Will there be a round of penalty kicks or free throws or something? Pistols at dawn?
