Ancient period naval gaming, with the occasional ACW period gaming too. |

I would say I dabble – I have a couple of WWII fleets in 1:4800 scale (bought in New Zealand many years ago), a few ACW ironclads and the Sails of Glory set |

I have a large force for doing Salamis in Greek and Persian triremes. Then I have Napoleonic naval in 1:2400 and 1:900. The bigger ships are to do the Battle of the Nile and other smaller actions. I also have ACW naval forces to do Plum Point Bend. |

Professionally, have been for two roughly 5 year stints. Tabletop, I will play if someone needs a player. Boardgames, I like the Battle of Salamis one. |

Renaissance, Age of Sail, ACW, Pre-dreadnought, WWI, WW2, I enjoy all of them, but naval gaming only accounts for about a third of my total gaming. LT |

I game Ancients, Napoleonic, mid 19th century, WW I and WW II. I love 'em all, the long, the short and the tall. |

I'd like to, and even have a good set of rules, but I'm waiting for someone to produce ships from the Japanese Sengoku Jidai era. Keeping my fingers crossed! |

Nope. Maybe some day though. |

I've never found a ship game that I honestly enjoyed. |

If its a naval game, the ships belong to someone else. I have a variety of ships but they only serve as targets in airplane games. |
