Started Miniature gaming with WWII 1/1200s and Seapower II. I have gotten into Cruel Seas the Warlord WWII Coastal game in 1/300 after doing some serious rule tweaking. Among my favorites is Age of Sail Pirates using Limeys & Slimeys now playing that in 1/300 with paper models from The War Artisan. Just hoping to see his 300 scale fleet expand at some point to include the more Pirate types. |

I'm not sure I've seen a proper SF (as in, not VSF or steampunk) naval wargame. Most naval wargaming I've actually done has been Napoleonic, but I have this weird urge to do predreads one day. |

Ancient Period by default since my fav naval game & the 1 I've played the most is the 1972 edition of "Trireme" from Decalset. |

At least once a week I have a game of Steampunk "super science" naval warfare using the Dystopian Wars 2.5 rules: there's about five of us playing regularly with some more who turn up occasionally. |
