I voted for the original Avalon Hill board game. Even though I don't think I ever actually played it, this game set me on my road to be a wargamer. My older brothers bought a copy when it first came out. I was about 5 and I became fascinated with the map and the pieces. They got Tactics II later and that one I played, even though I could barely read. The rest is history. |

I'm feeling sorry for "Three Days of Gettysburg". Three editions and no votes. According to the pre-poll discussion it is an improved re-working of Terrible Swift Sword… which at this point has several votes. |

I voter for Avalon Hill original. Since this is The Miniature Page, I would add that I used it a the basis for a 20mm relight on more than one occasion. |
