I swear this following is quite good. It involves my two choices at least, but seriously, it's fantastic. Dump a scoop or three of chocolate in a bowl. Microwave it for about 10-15 seconds. Yes, I said microwave it. You don't want to melt it completely, just a little melty and most of the ice cream left intact, but very soft. Now dump in a scoop or three of vanilla. Eat. Yum.

IIRC Chocolate mint chip is Choc ice cream with mint chips in it, while mint choc chip is vanilla with chocolate mint chips / vanilla mint with chocolate chips in it That makes sense. So we are talking a chocolate ice cream with crushed starlight mints I guess. I've had something like that with vanilla and mint chips. |
