I voted for the Dark Crystal but is it really a Vampire Movie?

Curse of Fenric is a Doctor Who story, not a film.

Beat me too Captain Swing.

Starring Nicholas Parsons as the vicar IIRC – he had to fight off vampires without hesitation, repitition or deviation and all in just 60 seconds.

The "bad guys" in the movie can drain life essence to regain their youth.

That's… a stretch.

Another poll without an "I don't like horror option." I chose "Count Yorga" because it is first on the list. If it is first, it must be good.

Yeah, I love the Dark Crystal, but if that's a vampire movie, so is Mansquito and that NatGeo documentary on fleas.

thumbs up

Are there not enough Alyssa Milano fans here?

How many people voted for Curse of Fenric and how many people voted for disqualified?

21eRegt28 Jun 2012 9:08 a.m. PST

I had to vote for From Dusk Till Dawn if for no other reason than Salma Hayek's dance sequence.

Raynman28 Jun 2012 10:46 a.m. PST

I liked seeing Alyssa naked, but the movie was really, really bad. I usually like really bad movies, but this wasn't even that good.

Am I missing something? Where's the rest of the alphabet (no "Interview with the Vampire", for instance)?

That's… a stretch.

Where were you in the pre-poll discussion? evil grin

Where is the 'other' or 'no opinion' options.

In fact – better still – where is the 'Who gives a Bleeped text?'

How can this Part II be the final?
You're only up to the "F" titles.
Where is "Near Dark"? (Best vampire moveie EVAH!!!!!)

How can this Part II be the final?

It's only Part 1B, and it's not the final poll in the series.

Movies: The one with Selma Hayak, and the others without her. Seems to be breaking down like that.

The original thread was a ridiculously huge cut-and-paste from imdB that no sane person read through fully. And other mistakes to that list have been made (removing Curse of Fenric) so I don't see why this error couldn't also be fixed. Polls are Serious Business, after all.

How come so few votes for the 1979 Dracula. Taking a date to that movie increased your chances of getting laid by at least 50%. I saw it three times over a two week period.

I will say no more.

Well I did say I "tried" the best I could to get all the movie titles I could find. Yes I even used Wikapedia as well as several SiFi/Horror fan sites.

Etna's embarrassing secret? How does a volcano bite you in the throat?

My neighbour, Sally played the goat girl in Countess Dracula, the 1971 Hammer Horror, starring the wonderful Ingrid Pitt. Sally tells me a body double took over for the naked about-to-have-her-blood-sucked-by-Ingrid scene.
