Back in the 19**s Reviresco was my first company for SF figures. Now only larger 1/600th AFVs.

After that it was Scotia Grendel for 1/600th infantry but now I never remember to visit their pages.

GZG seems to lack publicity in the circles I play in except for starships. Probably just because most of my close gamers prefer historical over Fantasy or SF. And I gave away all my starships except a handful so not much space gaming for me anymore.

I wouldn't call GZG 'unknown' but that he is one of the very best is for sure.
And yes, Jon should do a little bit more advertising and going to shows…grin

Another favourite of mine, especially for 15mm figures, is Critical Mass.

For ones that I rarely see people talk about, I'll say Armies Army and Angel Barracks, with the caveat that I'm friends with both :)

This poll might have been better served by being broken into different scales…er, I mean sizes, of figures. For example if there are more 6mm players than 28mm, then the 6mm companies are going to show more love in a mixed poll, whereas if the scales…er, I mean sizes were each given their own poll, one would see more accurate results.

"Best Unknown" is an oxymoron- the more "best" it is the less unknown There could be lots of companies and/or individuals making superb figures but because they are unknown they could still be the best and unknown at the same time

Khurusan is my "other."

Hopefully, we'll make the list for Round 2, or 3.

Those are nifty. Like the rounded organic look.

You're involved with them Mako?

Thanks Weasel.

Well, yes.

I designed and sculpted them, by hand.
