I went complaining, complainers, and judgmentalism (the three leaders at the time of my vote), but don't think those are unique to The Hobby(TM), or hobbies, in general.

Despite that, I find wargaming in general and TMP in particular to be the best havens from a lot of those behaviours. Perhaps more than practicing decision making, tactics and strategy, learning how to compete, lose, shake hands, then go have a beer together has value.

Complaining seems a common thread but I have to agree wit Ethotheipi – compared to the sports crowd No. 1 son hangs with wargamers in general are way better
