It very much depends on how they look. I've mostly got all the 15's I'll ever need but if the style and price are right I'd consider it.

Of course, there is no answer to match my position.

I haven't done any humans yet but have done a few 15mm FoW tanks.
I just found out that 100 stands of Soviet infantry is not enough so maybe a few boxes of PSC is in order.

Is this an old poll? 15mm plastics have been around for quite some time now.

The vast bulk of my 15mm purchases for the last two years have been plastic, including hundreds of figures.

I really like them, remind me of being a kid again, except this time I don't have to hack up Airfix ACW figures. Real wargamers only use plastic:)

I have always preferred metal miniatures even with the advent of modern hard plastic miniature suppliers. I game 15mm ACW and that is about it for that scale – the majority of my gaming is in the 1 true scale – 20mm!

Poll is from 2011.

Is there 15mm plastic other than WW2? I've not heard of any. Or maybe I've been asleep for the past 2-3 years!

I have a lot of metal 15mm ACW which is the only period I have in 15mm

That being said, I would buy plastic 15mm figs

I think 15mm plastic figures are too brittle for my ham-fisted gaming buddies. I tend towards Peter Pig figures because they're fairly indestructible.

That said, I got some PSC T-70s and was very pleasantly surprised by them. So maybe some vehicles, but not personnel.

Should have had a choice for:

I would buy them

Mute Bystander19 Dec 2014 4:15 a.m. PST

Plastic would be better for large vehicles but metal has been my traditional buy for this scale.

Weasel20 Dec 2014 10:04 a.m. PST

Assuming good variety of poses for infantry, yeah, I'd buy the heck out of them.

I know I'm a lone voice in the wilderness, but I'd love to see plastic 10mm figures, like GW had in their "Battle of Five Armies" Warmaster starter set.

Cosmic Reset23 Dec 2014 6:56 a.m. PST

They are simply too light to mount them individually, and if I use weighted bases for them, they will not match the many thousands of figs that I already have. A shame as some of them look quite nice.
