Sadly I'm a paint addict. There are RARE times I have mixed a color. Otherwise I have a ton of craft paints & search for the right color in them. ..sigh |

I used to when I first started painting as many colors were not available in the market also many times the mixed colors did not match. |

Both. Prefer to buy exact color, but mix when I have to. I also mix for shade and highlights routinely. |

Both – sometimes use the various triads plus a bit of mixing. I've probably got about 600+ paints… |

I mix, but rarely. Plenty of paints on hand, and I'm not always happy with my results. |

I'll occasionally mix for single figures, but for units or armies I prefer to use something consistent that I can just reorder if it runs out. |

Mostly I buy the different colors but occasionally I will mix my own. But then I forget to write down the recipe and can't ever match it up again. |
