"The role of leadership in combat" Good thing that isn't an wide open question with more wiggle room than a class full of kindergarteners. There are way to many rules with their differing ideas of what leaders do – not to mention the plethora of duties that real life leaders have to do to bring their troops into engagement with and defeat the enemy. A nifty pole idea but probably needs some significant modification to get results. |

Other: any rules with simultaneous, map-marked movement. The players will generate their own command and control friction naturally, and the better players will sort out the leadership issues. Rick |
