Aren't Shogun and Ikusa\samurai swords the same game?

Yes, Shogun was the original name of Samurai Swords till James Clavell sued (because, apparently, only he can use the word "Shogun" :P. But perhaps he trademarked it; there was a "James Clavell's Shogun" card game around the same time), but there apparently is a newer game from 2006 with the same name: link

It doesn't appear to have miniatures that I can see, but there's no reason it couldn't.
