If you go by numbers of armies – then yes. If you go by how many games of each period I play – then maybe. If you go by which I play the most (not majority)- then yes. If you go by which I enjoy the most – then no. Personally I prefer the 16th and 17 Centuries, which don't fall into ancients, but there are fewer opportunities to play in that realm, whereas I can always get in an ancient game. |

Since I got my first boxes of Airfix Ancient Britons and Romans I've been an Ancients gamer. If Ancients includes the Dark Ages and 14th cent Medievals then I've never gamed any other period. |

I have more Dacaian's painted than any other army but my IG Horde is close. Neither is really limited by army lists as they are more collections than armies. |
