A Locust….but with a proper coolant suit, not Speedo's and a ice vest…and a decent survival kit after I eject.

not Speedo's and a ice vest

I thought those were strap-on packing pillows, the 30th century's answer to air-bags.

But that DOES beg the question, why would, even in a 'dark age' future, would a pilot not have a full coolant suit? Is sticking Otter Pops under your armpits really cutting it?

It was really just an excuse fro Roger Raupp to illustrate scantily-clad chicks who looked like Pat Benatar's grandmother.

Yes,

Warhammer
Marauder
Battlemaster
Atlas

Give me the big stick that deals out the damage.

No, but I would like to pilot a nuclear submarine. Way cooler than any fictitious Mech.

Why isn't "Bleeped text YEAH!" an option?

Punkrabbit nailed it – that question is a no-brainer for me

I did the Virtual World thing once and really liked it

I can just see Punkrabbitt piloting a Mech.
