I had it for dinner yesterday, and it was great. Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc.
and I'll have leftovers for two more meals. 👍

I love it. What I don't really miss is plucking and dressing about 4,000 every Christmas right through December.

Tends to be expensive around here, and dry if not constantly basted when cooked. I do prefer chicken, however it's nice for a change.

About five years ago we started brining our turkeys about 24 hours prior to roasting. Now that we do that, we have yet to have a dry turkey. Also, we have not needed to baste a brined turkey. The results have been very juicy, and very delicious
