From Dusk Till Dawn (1996) good movie until the vampires showed up then it was as dumb as rocks and not in a good way. |

Dark Crystal is one of my all time favourite movies, but I didn't vote for it, simply because I really don't see it as a vampire movie. |

Dark Crystal – wonderful movie, not about vampires though. The fact that Fright Night is doing so poorly is a testament to why TMP should never be consulted by Hollywood: that's a great movie. |

Agree that Dark Crystal is not a Vampire movie. I still think that the Louis Jourdan "Count Dracula" is the best of the various Draculas and it wasn't even listed. |

I'm in complete agreement with both darthfozzywig and Huscarle on all counts. As for the bashing of "From Dusk 'Til Dawn", I must disagree; to quote Seth Gecko, if there's a theatre showing that movie, "I could become a regular!"… and that's even BEFORE Salma Hayek shows up! Also, where is "Near Dark"? I never saw it on any of the Poll listings! Also, "Curse of the Undead"… I might have missed it on the lists, but it's quite a nifty vampire… western! link Finally, in all fairness to vojvoda, with a name like his, I think we should accept that if he thinks "The Dark Crystal" is a vampire movie, we should accept his judgment. After all, he should know. ;-) |

Only when we have the top five! And from the FWIW department, just watch the entire (4) series of Underworld. Number 3 ranks right up there as one of the best.
