It depends on how long since I last shaved. If it's only a day or two then it's cold steel. If it's been a week then I use the electric clippers to trim things close then finish up with cold steel.

My razor is hot when I shave. I have used an electric razor; it was not as warm as the manual shave.

Shave every day with cold steel, tried electric razors but I'd have to shave again if I was going out at night.

Cold steel and ideally straight razor with shaving soap applied on a brush

Both, depending on occasion: Electric shave when it's informal gathering time or a day when I'm just out and about. Wet blade shave when it's an important meeting, interview or a date.

I used electric for years, but the whiskers on my neck tend to grow out parallel to the skin and an electric razor has a hard time cutting them. I switched to blades about 20 years ago. Of course about 5 years ago I stopped shaving in the winter and grew a beard. And now that I'm retired I only shave about twice a week :)
