Interesting choices – although as I recall the French and Indian War was one theatre of the Seven Years War |

I think there are at least seven wars in this group I would have liked to pick. Now when you go to the 1B version of this poll I had a hard time picking two. The break down might have been better. |

French and Indian War should not be separate from SYW and Queen Anne's War shouldn't be separate from WSS. |

I respectfully disagree, Scott. Although they are indeed the same wars, I wouldn't ever play the European part of the Seven Years War, but would gladly collect and play the French and Indian War. So I think for specificity's sake they should be separate. Jerry |

As far as I know Frederick the Great was not involved at Ticonderoga. Only in the technical sense can they be considered the same war. |

If we are going to quibble the Jacobite War should be considered part of the WAS. |

although as I recall the French and Indian War was one theatre of the Seven Years War The person who requested the poll specifically asked for the two to be listed separately. |

I think an "all of the above" would have been good. |

Winston, The 1745 maybe, but not the earlier ones. And like 7YW/F&IW debate, I'd argue the Jacobite rebellion of 1745-46 was quite a different affair from its Continental cousin. At least as far as gaming goes. |
