Interesting choices – although as I recall the French and Indian War was one theatre of the Seven Years War

I think there are at least seven wars in this group I would have liked to pick. Now when you go to the 1B version of this poll I had a hard time picking two. The break down might have been better.

French and Indian War should not be separate from SYW and Queen Anne's War shouldn't be separate from WSS.

I respectfully disagree, Scott. Although they are indeed the same wars, I wouldn't ever play the European part of the Seven Years War, but would gladly collect and play the French and Indian War. So I think for specificity's sake they should be separate.

As far as I know Frederick the Great was not involved at Ticonderoga. Only in the technical sense can they be considered the same war.

If we are going to quibble the Jacobite War should be considered part of the WAS.

The person who requested the poll specifically asked for the two to be listed separately.

I think an "all of the above" would have been good.

Winston,
The 1745 maybe, but not the earlier ones. And like 7YW/F&IW debate, I'd argue the Jacobite rebellion of 1745-46 was quite a different affair from its Continental cousin. At least as far as gaming goes.
