I don't see the point of stifling people. You can still see that they have posted, which then would lead me to unstifle them because I don't want to miss out on anything. If I were the sort to stifle people, a super-stifle would mean I never read anything on here but the news, because those I would be most likely to stifle are those prolific posters that feel they have to post on every thread whether they have a sensible answer to the question or not. As it is, I would not use a super-stifle feature any more than I use the stifle feature. I just glance at the post, realise that I am superior to those I might have stifled and get on with reading the interesting bits instead! :-)

Currently, if you Stifle someone, you can no longer read their posts.

The OverStifle is an advance upon that it blocks from your view any topics which that person initiates.

Would you be interested in being able to OverStifle someone?
