I quite like FoG and have played in a homebrew condensed version a fair bit but without an official condensed version I just can't get anyone else in my group interested. We have got used to having at least half a dozen small but interesting armies for Double DBA or BBDBA and going back to having one or maybe two very large armies just doesn't appeal any more.

Frothers Did It Anyway Inactive Member wonders...

FoG has been around for over a year now. It was hyped up to the hilt, had the backing of the mighty Osprey, and applied GW/FoW slick presentation to Ancients rules. It'd be interesting to find out what impact it has had on Ancients gamers after a year.

Did FoG live up to your expectations enough for you to now play it regularly, or have you gone back to whatever you were playing before (or chosen another new ruleset like Impetus in preference)?
