I prefer eMail. It gives me a copy of what I have send, it allows me to have a spell checker go over it for typos and I have often found that you get no reply on contact forms (for whatever reason) so i do not really trust them. And there are ways to put your eMail on your website without getting spam from it. You get spam since so called crawler programs go over the web, searching for eMails. If you put your eMai, on your page in plain text a crawler will not find it, but your customers can just paste and copy it, for example. Cheers, Burkhard |
