The Man With Two Bryans writes:

I've played regularly in my life:

A set written by TJ Halsall in the 1970s – traditional average dice and canister pattern stuff
The Airfix rules (Bruce Quarrie)
Shako
Piquet: Les Grognards
Huzzah!

The last three I still play: each offers something different. I've looked at many more. I am largely depressed at how few innovate and how many are the product of an evidently untidy mind.

I love to pick up rulebooks! But I have to admit that I've only played a small fraction of them. So, with so many different flavors of Napoleonic rulesets out there, how many have you actually played at least once?

As for myself, only nine. But I have some 20 rulesets. I wonder if I can count Empire III and IV as different?
