Historically, its quite clear that niether Prussia nor Russia were in a financial/economic position to go to war, without Britain to foot the bill and provide uniforms and muskets as she had been for the previous 20 years…

But its no more far fetched than the reason Britain and Russian went to war 30 years later over some tiff between the Russians and Turks….So game away!

If you are a Napoleonic player, have you ever considered gaming British versus Prussians as a continuation of the Napoleonic Wars in 1816? Blucher and Wellington were none too fond of each other, and I always thought this would make for an interesting campaign. Perhaps over the sovereignty of some of the German or Dutch states?
