My table is frequently covered in soda and fast food crumbs. The crumbs mingle with the old lychen bits, and the dried soda anchors the mess in place. Over time, the addition of dust and grime results in rather realistic looking patchs of "soil" (which the cloth certainly is, soiled, that is….)
