I (personally) don't even use them on my N scale minis....and I make the MG's for the tanks! It's just something to get broken off and lost. If I want to do a model, I do a model. If I want a wargame tank, I leave off the MGs. "We" know they are there! Tom Dye |

Many tanks have an exterior machinegun on top of the turret, usually for use by the vehicle commander. What is the best method for representing this weapon on microscale (1/285 and 1/300) scale models? | |
modeled separately | The machinegun should be provided as a separate piece, to be attached to the turret. |
|---|---|
no opinion | I have no opinion. |
molded on | The machinegun should be molded on the turret (no separate piece). |
not shown | Ignore the machinegun - do not depict it on the model. |
