As others have stated, the castings are generally crisp and well done, with minimal mold lines or flash.

That being said, they could improve things by:
1. casting models in fewer pieces
2. casting slightly thicker pieces
3. packaging their miniatures better to avoid damage "in transit"

Anyway, their customer service was very friendly and replaced the damaged pieces without complaint.

I would give them a 4 1/2.
