Based on the recent discussion, here are some proposals for what to call the two different types of TMP members (i.e., the original, unpaid, free memberships, and the new supporting, mostly paid but sometimes bartered memberships). I've included almost all of the proposals - even some of the goofy ones (and even some that I personally think are bad ideas...).
