POLL: Why Don't You Use a Dice Tower?

Towers have their place. I bought a couple of very attractive ones made of wood from some Etsy sellers. I normally use a tray, but there are times when a tower fits the table space better (e.g., at a convention game where your table is very small and the DM in an RPG has only a small area for his dice rolls and to contain them. ) At home, not so much. But as noted above, they are very good at keeping dice from going all over the place, knocking over figures, landing on the terrain, rolling off the table and under furniture. Some players roll dem bones far too exuberantly.
