A crew served weapon should have a morale bonus for the crew members. That's why historically crew served weapons are harder to suppress. The crew is accountable to each other and in sight. Individual riflemen can just duck and hide without too much remorse since people aren't next to them to see then duck and cover.

How is your logic reflected in your gaming?
In any skirmish game, the figure with the highest Morale and Skill levels should always be given the most important weapon. (i.e., in a WWII German ruleset with Morale of 1 to 5, the man with Morale 5 should always be the LMG operator.)
0= No Opinion, 10 = Strongly AGREE, 1 = Strongly DISAGREE
