For all those who thought the question was forcing u to choose one end of the spectrum or the other you missed the point. If you felt both were equally important then you should have selected a 5 as others did. Sorry if that wasnt more obvious.

Attempting to ascertain here how important fun vrs. historically accurate rules are to you. Here is how I propose to rate them:

On a 1 to 10, with a 1 being "I don't care about fun, I want historically accurate rules," a 10 being, "I don't care about accuracy, I want fun rules!" and a 5 being an equal balance of both, where do you fall?

For me, it depends on the period I'm playing, but usually I am around a 6 or 7 with "fun" and "playability" slightly outweighing accuracy.
